Geoff Dooley

A farmer and management consultant with 25 years track record in agriculture, technology, training & veterinary business. He most recently planned,  developed & managed XLVets Ireland and founded the training company XLVets Skillnet. A Nuffield Schloar from 2003 and with extensive start-up experience, he holds BSc in Environmental Science & Post Gradraduate qualifications in Business, Finance & Executive Coaching.

Tommy Heffernan
A high profile veterinary surgeon and a thought leader on farm performance challenges. He was a director and a founding member of XLVets Ireland. With a strong interest in farmer development and preventative medicine, he holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Dairy Herd Health from UCD and is a certified Cow Signals trainer. Tommy has designed numerous farm performance program for clients within his own practice in Co. Wicklow.

Catherine Carty MVB

Farm animal vet who is passionate about herd health, interested in controlling and preventing disease on the herd level and working towards improving the health, welfare and productivity of cows and farmers! Catherine would like to channel her enthusiasm for herd health into developing positive change on farms for improving cow health, healthy cows are happy cows

Conor McAloon MVB

Enthusiastic and fascinated by all the aspects of herd health and production management. Broadly interested in identifying new and better ways to control disease on farm but also in exploring methods that can be used to translate the most recent, up-to-date knowledge into changes on farm that benefit the farmer and the cow in terms of both welfare and productivity.
